Hi I am in need of help on paying off my old electric bills, I have two from years ago. One is $1385.84 and the other is $185.83. Duke will not let me make payment in order to get electric. I have been living from friend to friend, I have COPD,degenerate disc disease. I am hoping to find some places to help me. The place I am staying at now has mold. I am on fixed income and can not afford to pay off my bills in full. I have never asked for help before this is my first time. My friend has a house for me to rent if I can get my electric bill paid. So please if there is any one who can help me I would great appreciate it. I have called my local heap, and churches. I am running out of options.
